yes I do! is an exclusive digital loyalty & reward programme (“the Program”) provided by Global Food Merchant Holdings Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) that is distinguished by 3 tiers of membership which enables a member to enjoy points, discounts, exclusive rewards and benefits while shopping in The Food Merchant store.
yes I do! is ZERO cost. Membership is available to everybody attaining the age of 18. Application may be made by downloading the “yes I do! Application” (“the App”) and completing the registration from available channels (Mobile App) prescribed by the Company. Upon approval by the Company, the applicant shall be issued with a virtual card residing in the mobile phone known as yes I do! (“the Card”).
Besides earning points whenever a purchase is made at selected outlets, a Member shall also be notified of special offers, recipes, and special shopping privileges through their selected means of communication.
Member shall be awarded ONE (1) point (“yes I do! Point”) for every transaction with a value of Ringgit Malaysia Two (RM2.00) (exclusive of all taxes). However, any spending of less than Ringgit Malaysia Two (RM2.00) in a single transaction shall not be qualifying for any points. yes I do! Points are accumulated upon presenting the Card residing in the mobile phone to the cashier at the checkout counter of the participating outlets. Upon scanning the Card by the cashier, the yes I do! Points are automatically accumulated as points earned.
A feature is available on the main screen of the Card to indicate the balance of the yes I do! Points or upon entering “Reward”, the accumulated yes I do! Points will be shown.
Within the “Reward” page, there is a “History” button shown on top of the page, every transaction history together with points earned will be shown.
Yes. All yes I do! Points accumulated in the Card shall only be valid for redemption within a period of twelve (12) months from the date they are awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “Validity Period”). Unutilized yes I do! Points within the validity period, Points shall automatically be forfeited.
No. yes I do! card must be scanned during a transaction to accumulate the purchase value.
Yes. All the relevant information may be amended via the “Account” page on the App. However, the mobile number changes can only be made via email@example.com or visit our store’s Merchant Care Counter.
Members may reset their password by clicking on “Forgot Password” tab on the App. As a form of security, the email address registered in the application shall have to be keyed in. A link for the resetting of the password will be forwarded to the registered email address.
The App uses the Members’ registered mobile number as its basic record. The App may be reinstalled using the Members’ registered email address and all the data residing therein, including the accumulated yes I do! Points will remain intact.
The App operates only on virtual cards residing on Members’ mobile phones. No physical cards are issued.
At the moment, the App does not cater for the issuance of any supplementary card for the Members.
There are three (3) membership tiers.
All members enjoy a 12-month membership cycle of yes I do! membership. Example: Diamond members will have to spend a minimum of RM8,000 within the next 12 consecutive months from the time they are promoted to retain that membership tier.
There are many rewards available in the loyalty app. You may browse through the Reward Catalogue page to select your choices of redemption items. Do lookout for special offers from time to time
Simply present your virtual card and the eVoucher to the cashier when you pay for the groceries at our The Food Merchant store.
You can only redeem the yes I do! Points are earned for the individual card. You cannot combine the yes I do! Points earned by another member.
No, yes I do! Points can only be redeemed as gifts/rewards listed in the Rewards Catalogue.
No, you cannot transfer the yes I do! Points to another membership account.
yes I do ! identifies its members via their mobile numbers/email addresses /NRIC numbers. As such, you cannot register for another yes I do! card using the same mobile number/email address/NRIC numbers.
